Here we teach mental health concepts and kingdom principles in effort to break generational curses plaguing many families. In serving our community, we have discovered that many families do no have access to resources to support healthy relationships which results in instances of domestic violence, sexual assault and unhealthy family dynamics etc.

Family Dynamics 101

We will identify common unhealthy patterns we see in families such as triangulation, parentification, sibling rivalry, and more to establish a healthier foundation for your family. 

"Grace-Filled" Parenting

Parenting while struggling with mental health challenges can be frustrating and feel impossible, but with God and the right tools: It can be grace-filled.

We believe in teaching families how to establish and our earn secure-attachment while also acknowledging our parents needs as well.
